* If sending directly to recipient, please remember to enter their shipping address in checkout. If an incorrect shipping address was entered and returned, the customer is responsible for paying for full re-shipment. It's best to DOUBLE CHECK your order confirmation email to make sure shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for wrong address input.
 
* Gift messages should be entered in the personalization box.
Short messages → printed on a gift tag
Long messages → printed on white linen cardstock
Enter "NONE" if you prefer no gift message. Don’t forget to include your name — gift boxes do not include packing slips.
 
* Gift Box includes a live air plant; package should be opened once received. Packaging will say open immediately live plant. We ship USPS &UPS, it's best to notify recipient that they are receiving a gift. We are not responsible for packages left in mailbox for extended amounts of time or packages left at post office for vacation, or redelivery.
 
*If you are planning on hand delivering the gift box, you will have to open and care for your plant. It's best not to leave in gift box for more than a week.
 
*If ordering more than two gift boxes for (ONE ADDRESS) your gift boxes MAY be shipped without the floral attached depending on floral selected. All florals have floral wire, so they are easily attachable. If you prefer to have them shipped without the wrap please let us know.
