Shipping & Return Info

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days (unless otherwise noted). You will receive an email when your order has shipped. Generally 2-5 business days for shipping depending on your location. Shipping time doesn't include processing time. Large orders may be shipped in two or more boxes. We do not accept returns or exchanges.


We ship USPS 2-5 day Parcel Select Ground, Priority & UPS. Depending on your location & order. We cannot guarantee delivery times.


*SUMMER SHIPPING- All our soy candles have a melting point of 115 degrees, if you live in areas with extreme heat your candle may arrive melted. We advise you to wait until a cooler season to order. 

*WINTER SHIPPING- (For gift boxes with plants) If you are shipping your gift during winter to a location with freezing temperatures, we recommend that you track your package or give the recipient a heads up that they are receiving a package. If the plant sits in freezing temperatures for an extended amount of time it will not do well.  


At this time we do not accept returns or exchanges, however if you have a problem with your order please fill out form on contact us page. If item is damaged in shipping please fill out form on contact page with attached photo of

damaged item. Thank You!
Please note, once a package is picked up and scanned by USPS & UPS, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control; we are unable to replace missing or stolen packages at this time.




Gift Boxes with live plants-

 We are not responsible for packages left in mailbox for extended amounts of time or packages left at post office for vacation, or redelivery. *If package is returned due to recipient not picking up package/mail, the customer is responsible for paying for full re-shipment and cost to replace air plant. 

If an incorrect shipping address was entered and returned, the customer is responsible for paying for full re-shipment, and replacement cost of plant. It's best to DOUBLE CHECK your order confirmation email to make sure shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for wrong address input.


We ship healthy and beautiful plants. However, if your plant arrives not well please notify us right away. A picture must be sent and notified within a week of delivery.
