*If sending directly to recipient, please remember to enter their shipping address in checkout. If an incorrect shipping address was entered and returned, the customer is responsible for paying for full re-shipment. It's best to DOUBLE CHECK your order confirmation email to make sure the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for wrong address input.
 
*Gift messages should be entered in the personalization section. Your gift message will be printed on either a gift tag or white linen card stock. Short messages will be printed out on gift tag, and longer messages will be printed on white linen card stock paper. If you would like to write your own gift message, enter NONE. Don't forget to include your name! (This is the only way the recipient will know who it's from, we do not include a packing slip)
 
*Gift Box includes a live air plant; package should be opened once received. We ship USPS & UPS, it's best to notify the recipient that they are receiving a gift in the mail. We are not responsible for packages left in mailboxes for extended amounts of time or packages left at post office for vacation, or redelivery.
 
*If package is returned due to the recipient not picking up package/mail, the customer is responsible for paying for full re-shipment and cost to replace air plant.*If you are planning on hand delivering the gift box, you will have to open and care for your plant. It's best not to leave in gift box for more than a week.
 
*If ordering more than two gift boxes for (ONE ADDRESS) your gift boxes MAY be shipped without the floral attached depending on floral selected. All florals have floral wire, so they are easily attachable. If you prefer to have them shipped without the wrap please let us know.
